Pullman Singapore Orchard

Having stayed in many hotels, for sure I compare hotels on their own levels/leagues/tiers. And I have to say that I felt so happy staying at Pullman Singapore Orchard as a place to stay in SG for this quick visit, as it exceeded my expectation. Why I praise highly on my stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard: - Service I am super impressed with the top notch service provided by Pullman Singapore Orchard Team. As I was shopping and staying with my friends few days before checking in to Pullman Orchard, I stopped by the lobby of Pullman just to check whether I can drop my luggages early on the day of my check in, and they warmly answered that they would be more than happy to assist me, even if I want to store it a day early. Special thanks goes to Natalie, whom since day 1 that I met, always hands on to assist me promptly, with her warm, kind smile. This kind of hospitality and service is a plus point, in my opinion, which, for a customer like me, will definately be a reason to come back and stay (with other additional plus feature the hotel provides of course!) - Location Located in the middle of famous Orchard area, Pullman Singapore Orchard Hotel is your perfect choice to stay, especially if you plan to do a shopping rally. Just cross the lobby of the hotel, and you have arrived at Paragon Mall! You can walk shortly to reach ION, Takashimaya, Lucky Plaza, Wisma Atria, etc! • Room Please note that most things are considered expensive here, and hotel rooms tend to be smaller (if not too small) compared to hotel rooms in EUR/US. Now with Pullman Singapore Orchard, I found that the room is quite big, with high end toiletries products provided. Once again thank you Pullman Singapore Orchard and Team for providing your best, I will surely be back!

The location is great, being right on the main Orchard shopping strip, with MRT stations within close walking distance. The cleanliness of the property was impressive and the staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. Facilities like the WiFi and house-keeping were top notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the room size was a bit on the smaller side, which may be a consideration for some. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and perfect for a short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Pullman Orchard! The hospitality was top-notch, with warm, genuine service and smiles from every staff member I encountered. Edmund and Natalie stood out with their kindness and attention to detail—service here truly feels personal. The location is unbeatable—Paragon is right next door, and Ngee Ann City is just diagonally across. There are plenty of halal food options nearby, which made dining super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom—a definite plus. For the level of service, comfort, and location, the price is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Pullman Orchard, and I’ll definitely be back!
