Petit Espace Boutique Hostel

This beautiful hostel was the perfect resting place for my 24 hours in Vientiane. The facilities were clean, the shower head and toilet were in separate rooms (a rarity), the AC was always on, and the beds had our own power outlet, light, and little cubby hole for small things. I was also able to store things in the refrigerator that they store their beverages in (with permission of course because they lock the fridge). Breakfast being included was amazing and we got to choose how we wanted our eggs to be cooked!! We were also served a little salad, two pieces of buttered bread, and 1/2 of a passionfruit! SO so so yummy and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was a big help since we were traveling with our baby. The room was spotless, with clean sheets and everything well-prepared. They even provided a baby bed for our little one to sleep comfortably. What impressed us most was their honesty—my husband accidentally left his phone behind, and the staff kept it safe for us until we returned. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended!

Overall, I had a positive experience at this hostel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable capsule beds equipped with charger sockets and a decent amount of storage space. The bedsheets were clean, and the curtains provided adequate privacy. One area for improvement is the bathroom. While the hostel was generally clean, the shower facilities were in need of repair. The handheld shower heads were missing holders, and the flexible hoses were broken or not working properly. Additionally, there were no hooks or shelves in the shower rooms to hang items like towels, used clothes, or toiletries. Despite these issues, I would consider staying at this hostel again due to its reasonable price and overall cleanliness. The hostel offers good value for money, especially considering the comfortable accommodations and convenient location.
