Empark Prime Hotel Beijing (Wangfujing)

This is an excellence stay and superb strategic location - Line 8 Metro Station 中国美术馆站 B exit is along the hotel across the road and D exit is also across the road opposite the hotel, just beside the Art Museum…. Super convenient with about 5 min walking distance. There are foods along the 五四大街 just outside the Line 8 Metro Station 中国美术馆站 D exit, opposite hotel across the road. Most of the tourist spots - 前门大街， 南锣鼓巷，王府井步行街，什刹海 are reachable with Metro Line 8 and other hot spots like Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Tianganmen Square are nearby and easy to reach via Metro. We enjoy the buffet breakfast very much - a lot of varieties with eastern and western choices and even have ice cream. Room is spacious and the large king-sided bed is comfortable. The staffs are helpful. The housekeeping and room service have very responsive. Wonderful services. Truthly worthy.

This hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk from the famous Wangfujing shopping street, and conveniently close to cafés, eateries, and major attractions such as the Forbidden City. The location made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city on foot or access transport when needed. The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was exceptionally spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Another feature we loved was the convenience of ordering food delivery and having it brought directly to our room by a service robot — a fun and efficient touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to help. We would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Hank Yan, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He assisted us with transport bookings, patiently showed us how to use various apps for food delivery, and helped with any questions we had. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our experience. We felt very well supported and free from the usual travel hassles thanks to his assistance. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again. Not at all. May be cheaper deal for breakfast?

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, right across from the National Art Museum, which also has a subway station that connects to almost all major attractions in Beijing. There’s a Meituan locker right at the entrance and even a separate room for storing Taobao packages or luggage after checkout. I ordered quite a few parcels and the staff were super helpful, especially Allen (李沛轩) at the front desk. He spoke excellent English, helped me find my Taobao deliveries, and even carried our suitcases to the car when we checked out. The room was comfortable and practical. Loved the bathtub, and the sliding door lets you close off the bathroom for privacy if you like. The lobby smelled great and had a small art exhibition while I was there. Everything felt smooth, warm, and well thought out. Would definitely stay again.
