The Peninsula Beijing

We stayed at The Peninsula Beijing for three nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded suite that included two bathrooms, a spacious dining room, and a huge dressing room — beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. I especially loved the hot dumpling soup, which was delicious and comforting. During our stay, I accidentally missed my return flight. I was deeply impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Ms. Jane Gao, Director of Front Desk Operations. She went above and beyond — helping me arrange a new flight, organizing car service to the airport, and even allowing us to check out late so we could relax before our rescheduled flight to Seoul. Thanks to her help, I was able to manage all my travel changes smoothly. Every staff member we met was attentive, courteous, and professional. We are truly grateful to Ms. Jane Gao and the entire Peninsula Beijing team for making our trip unforgettable.
