THE PLAZA Seoul, Autograph Collection

When I travel to Seoul, I stay at this hotel. They speak Japanese, and all the staff are very kind. The rooms are clean, and the location is good as the subway station is nearby. I also like the nice scent of the hotel. It is a hotel I would like to use again.

Since I stayed at the Plaza after a long time, I thought the staff might have changed, but I still felt that everyone was very kind in various ways. Additionally, I was surprised by how perfect the Japanese language of the male staff during check-in was. This time, I used the gym for the first time, and I had a very good impression of how kind they were while explaining things, such as that using the shower and sauna incurs an additional fee. I also felt that the quality of the shampoo and other toiletries in the room and in the sauna in a separate building was good. My hair became silky smooth. If I had to point out areas for improvement, it would be that there was only one chair in the room when relaxing with two people, which posed a dilemma, and that the room's TV was not a smart TV. However, since I had my iPad, it wasn't particularly inconvenient. I would definitely like to visit this hotel for occasions when I want to feel something special.
