séjour de 4 nuits, la chambre est propre et agréable, le personnel est serviable et amical. super emplacement et vous avez un crédit de 30 $ pour la nourriture et les boissons de votre frais d'amenité, ce qui est fabuleux ! Je reviendrai certainement !

J'ai adoré la propriété. La chambre était confortable et le lit/linge de lit était comme un nuage. Le personnel était génial, vraiment un bar sympa. Les ascenseurs étaient lents et souvent pleins, mais on s'y attendrait dans un bâtiment plus ancien.

Quel bel hôtel ! Nous avons séjourné ici pour l'US Open et IHG est l'hôtel officiel du tournoi, donc c'était occupé mais très bien géré, donc on ne se sentait pas du tout à l'étroit. Le personnel était amical et offrait un excellent service. C'est un véritable bijou au cœur de NY et nous reviendrons certainement ici.
