ARRIVE Albuquerque

The staff especially Andie and David were exceptionally helpful. After a long flight delay, and arriving late, they still helped us with our reservation mixup! They went above and beyond to make our trip an amazing one! A few hiccups to clear up and they made it work. All the staff were very accommodating and very nice. The location was great as far as local activities. It wasn't great due to the park across the street with drugs and break ins so we parked in Valet which was the only option as opposed to parking in meter parking across the street, which we did not feel safe due to the drug and theft issues, not the hotels fault by any means. I definitely suggest Valet if you stay here, it's gated and the valet service is amazing! 25 a day which is a bit pricey they should accommodate guests to park for free, other than that this is a very comfortable spot.

I looooved the design/decor of the hotel! It was so beautiful! And the bed was amazingly comfortable! The throw blanket itself was enough for a great night's sleep... and I SOO appreciated the ear plugs left in the room. It was a busy Friday night outside and that alone allowed me to sleep ALL night after driving for 14 hours! I loved that the staff was attentive when I first arrived, taking the time to greet me with a smile. I don't even have anything bad to say about this place... if did have to pick something though, it was the open concept of the shower. It wasn't a problem at all, just felt like I might flood the bathroom floor.

The room layout and decor felt more like a home away from home than a motel stay. The valet option was great while traveling in an unfamiliar city. Bed was pretty comfortable and there was furniture to stretch out and relax. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of toiletries should one forget something during packing! It sounded like live music was playing downstairs the night I arrived (not sure if that is a regular thing). While this property is pet friendly, they don’t have a designated spot for pets—you have to walk your pet across the street to the park (it was temporarily fenced off during my reservation) or walk around the block. A lot of foot traffic was around at night which as a woman traveling, I did not feel safe wandering too far from lighting. Noticing security standing outside told me all I needed to know about the general area. There is a traffic circle to get to this location which had a lot of loud vehicles zooming by most of the night—bring your ear plugs or use the ones provided in the room for better sleep! Bed had a comfy and warm comforter with a second blanket. Plenty of pillows. Odd observation: there wasn’t a flat sheet on the bed. I don’t think it’s ARRIVE’s fault, but also worth noting. Tried calling to order from the restaurant on site and was told they had closed their kitchen ten minutes prior. Considering the time, they closed nearly an hour earlier than what the menus and website said which was a bummer.
