Fraser Suites Sydney

The Fraser Suites Sydney is one of few hotels worldwide I've stayed at, that provides consistent, great, service. The staff are amazing. They even recognised us from our previous stay before we had even checked in, and our last stay was 6 months ago. Our room was not ready when we arrived, however, that was not a problem. We had arrived 4 hours before check in time, and we were happy to leave our bags with the hotel and enjoy the day in Sydney. As soon as our room was ready, we received email confirmation that our room was ready. And this was still before the normal check in time. When we arrived at the hotel to collect our bags and room key, we were advised our bags were already up in our room waiting for us. Again, a nice touch... We stayed in a One Bedroom Premier Apartment. We needed a bath, and all of these room types have one. At the time of booking we requested a room on a high floor. We know these request are always subject to availability, but they did not disappoint. We got a room on level 38. Two floors from the top. Again, we were very appreciative that our request was accommodated. The Premier One Bedroom apartments are fantastic. There is a decent sized lounge area with corner lounge, four seater dinning table and well equipped kitchen. There is a nice study area that we used to store our luggage. More than enough room to store 4 large suitcases. The bedroom was spacious, with a large TV and adjoining bathroom with Bath and separate shower. The floor to ceiling windows running from the lounge, through to the study, then onto the bedroom gave amazing views of Sydney's skyline. Each time we have stayed, the rooms have always been clean and well maintained. Each time we have stayed, the staff have been fantastic. We have stayed at this hotel quite a lot, and we have never been able fault them. Not that we were trying to, it's just nice when your experience at a hotel from check-in to check-out, is consistently great with no issues.

D check-in process bin smooth, friendly, en professional, makin me feel comfortable en well taken care of right away. I stay orn d 40th floor, wich offer a fantastic view en a peaceful atmosphere. Although d elevator ride take a bit of taim due tu d height, et bin absolutely worth et en add tu d uniqueness of d stay. What truly stood out bin d attitude of d staff. Everyone bin smilin, cheerful, en approachable, whether et bin d housekeepin team or d nait shift staff. Iiwen late et nait, d atmosphere feel friendly, calm, en safe, wich make d stay iiwen more enjoyable. D room bin clean, spacious, en real comfortable, reflectin d high standards of d property. Overall, dis bin a memorable first stay, make special by d kindness en professionalism of d entire team. Thank yu tu d manager, Fera, en all staff members fer such a lovely experience.
