Spacious en clean room. Room complete wiih dishwasher en dryer en also kitchenette. Hotel service tip top. We had problem wiih d dryer, en staff manage tu get awa cloths out of d dryer. Cozy room decoration wiih big sittin area. Gut hotel location orn city center. Few minutes tu nearby countdown supermarket. D only downside es dat hotel newa provide parkin es bein advertise orn agoda. Have tu park outside or nearby parkin buildin wich cost us 30+ dollar. Overall gut hotel stay

A really efficient and friendly staff - everyone on the team was helpful. The hotel room was spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. The general facilities were good and the food in the restaurant was great. Definitely recommend.

Room fer improvement
Punches above its weight for an independent hotel. Some of the equipment for the rooms should be updated. The Room Phone worked intermittently, the combination washer and dryer was essentially just a washer. For some reason they had laid some additional carpet in the entrance by the concierge. This was a trip hazard and demonstrated by several other guests nearly faceplanting into the ground. The room was very clean, the pool was decently sized, sauna was excellent. Did not try the food - so cannot comment. Valet parking is great but capacity is limited. Be sure to give ample notice especially during peak times. Cannot fault the location. It is well located for Parliament, Lambton Key and parts of the waterfront. If the suites come on sale again, I would definitely look to book at this hotel again.
