The Plaza Hotel

Incredible… What can I say? Everything is flawless. Wonderful, attentive staff. Waheed was amazing to us and we can’t praise him high enough. Our room was stunning, there is so much attention to detail. Food was decadent and caters for all dietary requirements. We were made to feel so special which made the trip for my daughter and I. Would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of the team!

The amount I paid did not feel expensive at all. It was perfect service and a perfect stay. When I come to New York next time, I will definitely stay here again. Be sure to use the cafe inside the hotel.

It is said that they have recently completed renovations. It is expensive, but it would be good to visit at least once. Location: It's somewhat far from Times Square, but I don't think it's a bad thing. Room: The ceiling is really high, and it feels like a hotel from a fairy tale. I just! Absolutely! Loved it. Staff/Service: There seems to be a bit of an annoying pride in being a luxury hotel, but they are very friendly. There is an additional fee of $60 per day called the urban experience fee, but you can use it for drinks or breakfast in the lounge, which was nice. Other hotels take this fee without providing anything, and while the amount and name might differ, there is still an additional charge. In any case, highly recommended even if it's expensive!
