We stayed at the one bedroom suite with lake view . The view was nice but my kids got a better view as their room was upstairs on the 5th floor . Quite a shame they cannot place us on the same floor . I hope they could next time. So far they r the only one with rice porridge . It was fantastic as they r not a huge establishment rather a small boutique hotel . But the ladies who work here doing all the valet due to limited car park n moving the luggages r really fantastic . So r the daily room cleaning staff n the dining staff . All so polite and experienced . We had such a pleasant stay here . Only cons for me is the climb up hill from the beach or lake side - rather challenging. It is also fantastic if u wanted to go to the 5 star restaurant just next to them. For the size of the room n comfort even with the climb - I think I would climb and sleep in peace at this hotel again .

Lovely comfortable room. Fabulous greeting on arrival. The views from the bar were amazing. Location was perfect, a short walk to the centre of town. A storm knocked out the internet so we had no wifi or TV but we were given a complimentary breakfast which more than made up for it! Needed more coffee pods

A Charming Stay with Stunning Views St Moritz Queenstown offers a warm, well-styled atmosphere with genuinely friendly staff. The lake view from our room was absolutely lovely – a real highlight of the stay. The rooms are showing their age and could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable. Despite the slightly tired décor, the beautiful setting, welcoming service, and cozy ambiance made for a nice stay overall. Good value for the location and service. Recommended for views, hospitality and vibe!
