Hyatt Regency Sydney

My first time in this hotel for my son wedding, the rooms nice and clean specially the harbour view. I was a bit disappointed when I checked in I told the staff that my son is getting married tomorrow, I would like to organise even just a small something in the room to congratulate them on their wedding day. I know is a bit short notice, he said he would organise something, but when my son and his wife backed their room I was disappointed because I told them that I organise a small thing for them. He called me there's nothing in the room, so I went to the reception to ask if they could send something and they did. Thank you to that person who organise a bottle of champagne and a fruits. I really appreciated the. Other than that the room was very nice and the buffet breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed our stayed and I will recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

We are greatful to stay in this hotel though it’s only for 2 nights we rested and relaxed our tired bodies well. We love the bed and pillows sooo much 🤩😊❤️ but the only bad experience we encountered was last night when we ordered our dinner the lady staff didn’t put any cover in our foods imagine from the kitchen and bringing the food to the elevator and up to our room the food has no cover and all the bacteria from everywhere goes to our food and she’s rushing to deliver it as soon she get in to our room she just put the tray in the table and rushing go out. Unlike the other staffs when we ordered our dinner last Friday and lunch last Saturday everything was well prepared in our table they really covered our food as soon they delivered it. I was really disappointed last night when the lady delivered our food and the food was so salty and laksa that we ordered was cold 😢😢😢 hopefully it won’t happen again to other customers most specially to the food first and for most the hygiene and the cleanliness of the food should be pay attention to the kitchen staffs.

The hotel was centrally located, pretty much everything was in walking distance...GREAT GREAT LOCATION.... The bed was kind of hard and the pillows were very very hard,,,I had four of those suckers....
