Ovaol enjoi our stay - kompleet amenitis, klin, gud lokeshun. Wan smol ting dat kan be impruved - paps dem kan revisi der standad fu ekspres servis an ful servis klinin? We was told onli afta 7 naits a ful servis klinin (bathrum, chanj of bed linens, etc) is bein don. Ekspres servis dat we experienc no do nuffin wid di bathrum which fu me was kritikal. We was biznis travellaz an thus no taim fu klin up.

Di rum is on di top flo of a 74-stori tawer. On dis flo, dere is onli wan oda rum of di sem saiz an tu laja tri-bedrum rums, totalin four rums. Our rum faced towards Roma Street Steishun an di Brisbane Riva. Di rum next tu us had a betta view as it faced more direktli towards di kurvs of di riva. Sinz Agoda is said tu hav bought di rums, if yu buk tru Agoda, yu wil probabli get di rum we stayed in, which is a bit disappointin.

Howeva, di dishwasher in dis rum was old, di kontrol panel's laits did not werk propali, di swich was crushed an unresponsiv, makin it unusable. Di knivs were not sharpened an were komplitli useless. Ar di gests in dis rum ol rich pipol who do not kuk? Is dat why no wan komplain about di fasilitis dat don't match di ekspensiv rum? It just seems negligent dat dey are komplacent an do not regulali chek di fasilitis.

Wen di maintenans staf left, I wondad hu wud handle di remaining komplaints, so I left konfidentli. Lata in di evenin, wen I returned tu di rum, di knivs an bathtub cap were stil di sem, an dere was no sign dat anywan had come. I called di receptshun agen tu chek wat was goin on out of frustrashun, an dey replied, "Maintenans is busy tudei, an yu rum hasn't been attended tu yet." Afta about 30 minits of waitin, a yung male staf memba came apologetikli, but my komplaints hadn’t been komunikaid, an he needed a ful eksplanaishun from di start. He took three knivs dat needed tu be replased, a pair of kitchen scissors, an di deformed bathtub cap an left di rum, returnin within 30 minits wid ol di replasements. He repeetidli apologized wid "I’m sorry," an I kalmd him down by sayin, "It’s not yu fault. It’s dis hotel’s matter."
