Hard Rock Hotel Bali

We had an amazing experience at this resort and couldn’t be happier with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The amenities were excellent—whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the on-site dining, or exploring the property, everything exceeded expectations. One of the highlights was the overall atmosphere: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for truly unwinding. The food was delicious, the service consistent, and the resort offered a great balance of relaxation and activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The breakfast was really nice. I really looked forward to eating it everyday. The location is a bit old and dull. It really isn't the hotels fault but I found the surrounding area to not be very interesting. Kuta beach included.

We totally love the place. Room was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and bright and have a peaceful vibe (IYKYK). One bummer is that they don't have bathtub in the room that we book. We do have a balcony and a drying rack which really helps a lot in drying our mountain of wet clothes. We also used the laundry service provided by the hotel, very convenient and price was reasonable. My kids love the pool. It huge and age appropriate (my kids are 7). We went to the bar for live band one of the nights and the music was right up our alley. My kids told us that Hard Rock Hotel Bali is the best hotel out of the rest (We stayed in 5 hotels this trip), and my husband and I feels the same. We will definitely be back.
