Rafayel Hotel & Spa

I must say I enjoyed both the stay and the facilities provided. The rooms I saw were clean and the environment was peaceful and calm. It was a pleasure, will definitely stay again.

Celebrated a child’s birthday. Very pleasant experience. The staff and room service is above and beyond. Manager was very helpful with accommodating the needs of SEN child. Minor issues with the electrical system in the room. Jacuzzi was very popular amongst the family. Dining experience was good although there was miscommunication with breakfast, it was resolved with hotel credit to get dinner from the restaurant which was nice. Would have loved to have more variety of foods available at affordable price, however the options to order uber eats is available at the hotel. Also would have loved if some family friendly activities were available at the hotel or nearby ( golf or mom daughter spa service) as there is no kids channel available on tv ( manager helped with this though). Little upset there wasn’t any hotel branded pens but I can live with that. Family had an amazing experience and would love to revisit in near future.

Lovely staff, the lady (I didn't catch her name) was very kind and even upgraded my room for me which was a treat. Answered any question I had and made things very easy. Although it didn't bother me massively. There were stickers stuck on the side of the sink which just gave an impression that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly as they would have been seen. Wasn't a big deal for me but if that was missed it did make you wonder if other things had been.
