The hotel’s location opposite the historic Jantar Mantar makes it a practical base for sightseeing and business meetings, with quick links to major attractions and transport hubs. Housekeeping and front‑of‑house staff are professional and responsive, though some rooms show signs of normal wear in high‑traffic areas; pricing represents good value for the central location and range of facilities. Overall, The Park New Delhi is a confident city hotel well suited to travellers who appreciate contemporary style, attentive service, and a central address.

The Park Hotel, New Delhi has recently been refurbished, and my stay on the 9th floor reaffirmed why it remains such a standout property. I stayed in a Junior Suite this time, having previously experienced one of their larger suites, and the experience was once again absolutely exceptional. The location and the views are truly the icing on the cake. However, what stood out most during this visit was the remarkable attitude and attentiveness of the staff. The level of service was genuinely comparable to what one expects at an Oberoi or a Taj. One particular incident deserves special mention. I missed the breakfast timing due to a work VC call. When the team called to check, I explained the situation, and they very graciously offered to send food up to my room. This thoughtful, proactive gesture left me completely gobsmacked. It is this kind of intuitive, guest-first service that elevates a stay from comfortable to memorable. Truly impressed.
