Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Tokyo Premier

The location is excellent — it’s very close to the subway, and there are also bus stops nearby. Right next to the hotel there are several convenience stores and a Don Quijote, as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from. Many of the main attractions in Roppongi are within walking distance. You can even see Tokyo Tower along the way, which makes the walk very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was kept very clean, and there is also a microwave available for guests to use. The bed and the comforter were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.

Overall was a great stay for my birthday in Tokyo considering me and my finance booked it last minute due to issues with our other accommodation falling through last minute. I will make 1 mention that during our whole Japan trip, Mitsui Garden is the only accommodation that actually action my request to have additional pillows and water in the room for when we arrive and that considering I had made the booking and then arrived at the hotel within only a few hours was very very impressive and also that the front office team provided us with a nice bag of gift chocolate to celebrate not only my birthday but also me proposing to my fiancée as well. The room was fantastic, big enough space, big bed and also very clean as well , as well as having the hotel very close to a 7 eleven, family mart and also a don Quixote as well and close to local transport as well. My only 2 small things I will say is during our stay the AC in the room felt like it wasnt working meaning the room was very warm/when trying to put the setting on the lowest temp with max speed it didnt feel like it was cooling down the room much and the next day I saw what looked a technician going around the floor and after that it felt the AC had improved. The other thing is I love the rooftop area for food, I guess personally for me and my fiancée , for the price your paying for breakfast, it is slightly costly for only choosing 1 main food item rather than having the set up as a buffet however you get free drinks and can order as may breakfast sides as you want. Overall besides the AC issue and my personal opinion on the breakfast mentioned above^ will look to stay again on our next trip to Japan and thank you Mitsui Garden Roppongi staff for making my birthday stay a great and memorable one and also celebrating the engagement for me and my fiancée as well
