Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri

We booked the Suite Room at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, and it was the best decision for our Bangkok trip! My senior parents absolutely loved it—so much that instead of staying just 5 days, we happily extended for 4 more. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. My mom adored the comfort of the suite, while my dad especially enjoyed the little touches: the free daily snacks, the lobby’s coffee bar, and his routine of reading the morning paper with a warm cup of coffee. We also spent extra days enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing. Personally, my favorite part was the in-room laundry machine—a true lifesaver! I could wash, dry, and press clothes, which meant I got to wear my new outfits right away. Most importantly, their staff were absolutely outstanding—very helpful, warm, and quick to assist with anything we needed. This kind of service truly set the tone for our stay. The hotel’s service and amenities made our trip extra special. If anyone asks me where to stay in Bangkok, I will wholeheartedly recommend Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. Truly a home away from home!

The location and the rooms Breakfast was crowded

An absolutely amazing hotel in every way. Honestly, every time I visit Thailand, I will book this hotel again without any hesitation. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, from security to reception and every single employee. They always welcomed us with a smile and said goodbye with a smile as well. My children were extremely happy and truly loved the staff. The room was very spacious. We booked two bedrooms with a living room, and it was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent — we could not hear any noise from outside at all. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and if anything was missing, we simply asked and they provided it immediately without any hesitation. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily, with snacks like chips and sweets provided every day, along with drinks and water. We never had to buy water from outside. The location is perfect. A 7-Eleven is just one minute away on foot, and all the malls are very close. We could walk to Central Mall, and Big C is right across the street and has everything you need. Arab Street is about 10 minutes by taxi, and everything is available around the hotel. We also tried the hotel spa and massage, which was excellent for the price, with outstanding service. No matter how much I write, I still can’t give this hotel enough credit. I truly hope that every time I return to Thailand, I will stay here again. I would never change this hotel. Thank you so much.
