Rooms are amazing . Breakfast spread are local and international, amazing. Swimming pool and other facilities are amazing. The team makes us feel welcome again and again during our 5 days stay. Left and right building are under construction but you will get over it because of hotel facilities and the team hospitality. Upon Arrival:- -First Concierge meet and greet, followed by assisting luggage. -Second, Lobby Staff greet and direct us to check in counter. -Third, Check in Staff lead us to which counter for check in. -Fourth, Check in was smooth by Front Office Staff. Breakfast experience, greet by counter staff then one of them direct us to the table and mentioned table number. She placed OCCUPIED standee to ensure other do not sit at our place. Free Tour Experience: All concierge team including driver of the bus handle us and other guests very well. Individual staff has job duty, and many staffs were involved in one department to make sure all guests feel comfortable. Thumbs up to the management whom are able to manage these hotel team and I know it is not an easy task especially lots of staffs in one department. 99% Overall satisfied. 1% need close monitoring (Balcony door latch not working. We cannot lock. 2 times maintenance help us and still not working on the next day . Next room has the same issue as we saw Maintenance fixing the door latch. Safety is priority.
