No complaints, a perfect stay.
In a word, it was a perfect stay!
◯ The breakfast was abundant in variety and delicious, ranging from local to international cuisine. The food service by Saugat Pokharel was very cheerful and warm.
◯ The reception staff were kind. Binay Raut had a sense of humor and always made me laugh. I enjoyed chatting with him every day. He and the other receptionists were flexible in accommodating my requests. All the other staff remembered me well, always greeting me when I passed by the reception and asking if I needed anything.
◯ The hotel offered better exchange rates than others. *However, this applied only to newer and well-maintained currency (common within Nepal).
◯ The housekeeping quality was excellent. The housekeeper was very polite and quickly responded to my requests, which was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Rama Kumari came to my room every day.
◯ The location was fantastic. There were many tourist attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance, and the view from my room was great.
Finally, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Executive Assistant Manager, SHIV KUMAR SHRESTHA. I happened to meet him in the elevator. I mentioned that I wanted a late check-out because my flight leaving Kathmandu was at night. He extended my check-out time, which had already been extended by an hour (thanks to the reception), for free. I believe it was because he is the manager that such an extension was possible. Thanks to him, I was able to rest properly at the hotel before heading to the airport.
It felt like a luxury hotel in Nepal, but the service level was at the same standard as international luxury hotels. Despite being a large hotel, the reception staff remembered each guest and showed a strong commitment to providing personalized service. Everyone had friendly smiles, and just talking to them relieved my fatigue. After check-out, they even offered tea service and inquired if I needed any assistance, providing generous support. The amenities reflected a strong awareness of environmental protection. It was a wonderful facility and service with no complaints. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I visit Kathmandu. I sincerely thank all the staff.

The best hospitality in Nepal!
We stayed here 1-3 and 5-7 of February (we went to Chitwan in the middle) and this hotel was perfect!
From checking in to checking out they looked after us throughout. The rooms were comfy, clean and large which was lovely. The second time we checked in they remembered us and the manager upgraded us to a suite. This room was amazing and I would recommend anyone to pay to upgrade if you can for the ultimate relaxation.
We dined in the restaurant on the 7th floor a couple of times and the food was delicious and not badly priced.
Between stays the hotel looked after our large suitcases for free which was a wonderful perk and meant we had less for the tourist bus!
All the staff made sure we had the best time and greeted us everytime we left and came back.
We can’t wait to visit for the third time!
