Our stay at Hotel Palace Berlin was absolutely superb. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. I truly enjoyed every moment there. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Berlin yet peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service was excellent. Overall, a five-star experience in every possible way. I genuinely loved it. Nothing major, but I would have appreciated if the staff were a bit friendlier and smiled more often, it certainly makes a big difference to the overall atmosphere.
