The Westin Los Angeles Airport

The service wis excellent, the rooms are very clean an' it haes a great location, juist 7 mins frae the airport.

Ah had a very late check-in (almost 1am). Walkin' tae the reception area (quite a walk) an' whit seemed tae be the night duty manager who looked at me like Ah wis an interruption o' her duties. She gied a perfunctory greetin' an' telt me tae wait. She finalized her task, communicated wi' a nearby coworker an' went inside the back office. Oot came a friendly an' warm FO attendant who greeted me nicely an' proceeded tae check me in. For a 4-star property ye would hae expected an immediate check in (under 3 mins o' arrival) given that Ah wis the lone customer checkin' in that ungodly hour. Check in aside, the room wis new, very clean, well appointed an' on the tap floor. Bed wis fabulously heaven. Ah never had such a guid sleep. Ah didnae hae the chance tae experience ony o' the F&B outlets nor amenities. Property announces a forthcoming renovation. We may return... preferably durin' day time for a better reception experience.

Overall clean an' convenient location, also provides airport shuttle. Staff is friendly an' helpful when Ah ask aboot nearby urgent care because one o' the family members wis unwell.
