I recently stayed at Novotel Manchester Centre an found the price for the room fair, wi friendly an helpful service frae the front desk an housekeeping. Special thanks tae Meggie, wha speaks Cantonese an helped us during our stay. Hooever, there were a few issues. It was hard tae reach the staff as nae wan picked up the phone, an the WhatsApp response time was slow, meanin I had tae walk tae the front desk for help. Also, the cleanliness o the fridge was disappointing as it had a box o food left by the previous guest, which isnae acceptable. On the bright side, the hotel's location in the heart o Salford an the city centre made explorin Manchester very easy. Overall, despite some shortcomings, the hotel is still a braw choice for travellers due tae its central location an friendly staff.

The location o this hotel is very advantageous, lettin us easily explore the nearby shoppin areas. The cleanin service in the rooms is quite thorough, makin it comfortable. Hooever, the amenities in the rooms are a wee bit lackin an may need improvement.
