Fraser Suites Sydney

The Fraser Suites Sydney is ane o few hotels worldwide Ah've stayed at, that provides consistent, great, service. The staff are amazing. They even recognised us frae our previous stay before we had even checked in, and our last stay was 6 months ago. Our room was no ready when we arrived, however, that was no a problem. We had arrived 4 hours before check in time, and we were happy to leave our bags wi the hotel and enjoy the day in Sydney. As soon as our room was ready, we received email confirmation that our room was ready. And this was still before the normal check in time. When we arrived at the hotel to collect our bags and room key, we were advised our bags were already up in our room waiting for us. Again, a nice touch... We stayed in a One Bedroom Premier Apartment. We needed a bath, and a' thae room types have one. At the time o booking we requested a room on a high floor. We ken these requests are always subject to availability, but they did no disappoint. We got a room on level 38. Two floors frae the tap. Again, we were very appreciative that our request was accommodated. The Premier One Bedroom apartments are fantastic. There is a decent sized lounge area wi corner lounge, four seater dinning table and well equipped kitchen. There is a nice study area that we used to store our luggage. More than enough room to store 4 large suitcases. The bedroom was spacious, wi a large TV and adjoining bathroom wi Bath and separate shower. The floor to ceiling windows running frae the lounge, through to the study, then onto the bedroom gave amazing views o Sydney's skyline. Each time we have stayed, the rooms have always been clean and well maintained. Each time we have stayed, the staff have been fantastic. We have stayed at this hotel quite a lot, and we have never been able fault them. No that we were trying to, it's just nice when yer experience at a hotel frae check-in to check-out, is consistently great wi no issues.

The staff was extremely professional and very polite. This hotel is very well managed and it made our stay here very relaxing. We loved the room layout and the central location. The kitchenette, dishwasher, and washing machine were very convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure guid. Ah highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing

A wonderful first stay wi truly warm hospitality This was ma first time staying at Fraser Suites, and the experience left a very strong and positive impression on me. Frae the moment Ah arrived, the Manager, Fera, and his colleagues provided a genuinely warm and welcoming experience. The check-in process was smooth, friendly, and professional, makin me feel comfortable and well taken care of right away. Ah stayed on the 40th floor, which offered a fantastic view and a peaceful atmosphere. Although the elevator ride took a bit o time due to the height, it was absolutely worth it and added to the uniqueness o the stay. What truly stood out was the attitude o the staff. Everyone was smiling, cheerful, and approachable, whether it was the housekeeping team or the night shift staff. Even late at night, the atmosphere felt friendly, calm, and safe, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, reflecting the high standards o the property. Overall, this was a memorable first stay, made special by the kindness and professionalism o the entire team. Thank ye to the manager, Fera, and a' staff members for such a lovely experience. Ah would definitely return and highly recommend Fraser Suites to anyone lookin for comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality.
