Hyatt Regency Sydney

It wis ma first time in this hotel fur ma son's wedding, the rooms were nice an clean, especially the harbour view. I wis a wee bit disappointed when I checked in, I told the staff that ma son wis gettin married the next day, an I wanted to organise even a wee thing in the room to congratulate them on their wedding day. I ken it wis a bit short notice, he said he’d sort somethin oot, but when ma son an his wife returned to their room, I felt let down because I told them I’d arranged a wee surprise. He called me to say there wis nothin in the room, so I went tae the reception tae ask if they could send somethin, an they did. A big thank ye tae the person who organised a bottle o champagne an some fruit. I really appreciated that. Other than that, the room wis very nice an the buffet breakfast wis amazing, we really enjoyed our stay an I’ll recommend this hotel an I’ll be back here again.

We’re grateful tae have stayed in this hotel, even though it wis only fur 2 nights, we rested an relaxed our tired bodies well. We loved the bed an pillows so much 🤩😊❤️ but the only bad experience we had wis last night when we ordered our dinner. The lady staff didnae put any cover on our food, imagine takin it frae the kitchen, up tae the elevator an then tae our room, the food had nae cover an all the bacteria frae everywhere could get on it. She wis rushin tae deliver it, as soon as she got intae our room, she just put the tray on the table an rushed oot. Unlike the other staff, when we ordered our dinner last Friday an lunch last Saturday, everything wis well prepared on our table, they really covered our food as soon as they delivered it. I wis really disappointed last night when the lady delivered our food, an the food wis so salty, an the laksa we ordered wis cold 😢😢😢 hopefully that disnae happen again tae other customers, especially when it comes tae food hygiene an cleanliness, that should be paid attention tae by the kitchen staff.

The hotel wis centrally located, pretty much everything wis within walkin distance...GREAT GREAT LOCATION.... The bed wis a bit hard an the pillows were very very hard,,,I had four o those suckers....
