Nekst wan, wan we go visit di Netherlands, wi go stay na Rotterdam Marriott again! Wi feel very welcome fu di staff. Di hotel na wan tru value fu moni. Lounge Access: Wi thoroughly enjoy di executive lounge, spesriali di happy hours wid amazing hors d'oeuvres en free flow fu drinks (white wine en rosé). Di lounge get wan beautiful view fu Rotterdam Centraal, di look real nice na sunset. Breakfast: Wi had breakfast na The Millèn (Marriott’s Michelin starred resto) throughout wi 3 day stay here. Dere na wan good buffet fu hot food, salads, en cold cuts, en dere na also wan menu fu on request dishes (omelets, eggs benedicts, pancakes, french toast) dat yu kan order direkt wid di staff. Di on-request dishes na so good!!! - yu mus definitely try di Rotterdam Specials en di American Pancakes. Overall service na good, but Ahmad (Ahmed) na exceptional - e remember wi orders, regularly check in pan wi several times throughout di breakfast fu make sure dat wi had everything wi need, even if di restaurant get real busy na some points. Room: Wi room na Floor 11. Given di high floor, wi had wan good view fu di area (en na certain angles, yu views no obstructed by di constructions), no view fu di Centraal station though. Di room na so spacious, en di bathroom na new wid modern equipment (showers en separate bath). Di amenities na also very good! Housekeeping read wi notes en fill up items accordingly. Location: very convenient en safe - 1 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal - beautiful architecture en di area no feel sketchy at all, unlike most hotels near central train stations na other cities. Front office: Nyam who checked wi in na wan gem - she na friendly, helpful, en super pleasant. Max, who assist wi wid check-out, na also very friendly! Luggage Storage: dere na wan luggage storage facility available free of charge. Deposit: Heads up, dere na wan 50 USD per day security deposit held by di hotel, which go release upon check out if dere no incurred expenses. Di release na very quick (almost immediately) en efficient (unlike most hotels na wi experience).

Hotel room na clean but di bed na too soft fu mi. I could see di mattress sunk even I did not lie down pan it. Dem provide 2 free bottles of water a day. Staff na nice en polite. Overall, I would give an 8 fu di hotel room due to di mattress issue but I would give a 10 to di location. Just 3 mins walk from di Rotterdam central station. If yu come from Schiphol airport, just take wan direct train to Rotterdam Central, walk out di station (toward exit near platform 1) en di hotel go right na front of yu. Dere na wan little plaza right next door to di hotel where yu could find good Italian, Japanese en other restaurants, cafe dere. Dere na also wan store like CVS na dere. It na very convenient. Fu shopping lovers, yu could walk about 5 mins (to di right of di hotel) to reach di whole walking street shopping wid stores like Zara, HM, LV, etc.. Fu Chinese, Vietnamese restaurants, en market, walk less than 5 mins (from di left of di hotel). It na wan perfect location fu walking around. To reach di cruise port, wi take Uber fu 18 Euro en di drive na 10 mins. I would recommend dis hotel when yu get wan short stay na Rotterdam, spesriali fu people who take wan cruise.
