Kyle, di manager, go above an beyond to make sure everything was perfect, an di whole staff dem was amazing – always friendly, welcoming, an genuinely helpful. Di pool an gym facilities dem absolutely stunning, making it easy to relax an enjoy every moment of di stay. Highly recommend dis hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, an exceptional service! Great location, just two streets away from di main mall an hustle an bustle, so di area quiet. Really spacious room, spacious bathroom, comfortable big king sized bed. One of us used di gym for running on di treadmill. Just 5 mins walk to di mall. Receptionist was very helpful, an super easy to book a cab through dem for our 6am ride out to di airport! Would stay again if in Adelaide CBD!

First time visiting Adelaide from overseas an Peppers certainly makes di whole experience beta! Di longer I stay di more I appreciate its great location, professional staff an wonderful facilities. Have enjoyed my couple swims during my stay, water is clean an di pool well-maintained. Di bed is very comfortable. Don't always sleep well in hotels but I think I have had di best sleeps at Peppers! Was startled by di noise made by di toilet di first night after di late arrival due to flight delays; I did not call di front desk straightaway to gain some rest esp. with a morning tour di next day. I only wrote a message before sleep, Staff addressed di issue promptly in di morning in a professional manner. Nathan from maintenance was phenomenal! He was friendly, efficient an professional. I cannot imagine I almost did not ask! Di staff at di bar was more laid back but di rest of di front desk team an Nathan from maintenance was all wonderful. Will certainly look out for Peppers hotels from now on. Hope to visit di beautiful Adelaide an staying at Peppers again soon!!
