Imperial Hotel Gold Coast tru exceed my expectations for a recent stay! Its location is absolutely fantastic, placing you right in the heart of the action with easy access to everything the Gold Coast has to offer. Considering the prime spot, the price was incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money. One of the standout features was undoubtedly the great pool. It's a wonderful space to relax and unwind, whether you're looking to swim laps or simply soak up the Queensland sunshine. Speaking of great starts to the day, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying meal to fuel up for the day's adventures. And for a truly luxurious touch, I have to mention the bath. It was, without a doubt, the best bath I've ever had! Not only was it incredibly comfortable, but it also filled in no time at all, which was a welcome convenience. I highly recommend the Imperial Hotel Gold Coast for anyone looking for a fantastic stay with great amenities, an unbeatable location, and excellent value.

Mi wife an mi attend mi work Christmas Lunch on Saturday di 06/12/2025 an wi decide fo make a weekend of it. Mi find di Agoda site an as luck would have it, find di perfect room at di perfect price at di lavish Imperial Hotel. Di room was large, comfortable an had dat old world Lux charm. Staff were very friendly, attentive an service was exceptional. Di buffet breakfast was awesome.....would definitely stay here again on a regular basis.

Dere are some pretty obvious maintenance issues dat take away from di overall appeal of di hotel. Many of di chandelier lights are out, cornices fallen off an not replaced. For di money, dere really is no reason for dat. Di bar was well understaffed, one person for a room of between about 30-50 guests meant waiting around 20 minutes for a drink. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Mi remote didn’t work an mi was surprised dere was no minibar in di room (just a fridge with a milk container). Free parking is much appreciated. A sit down check in is always gold star in mi view so, a great first impression. Porters were very friendly an prompt.
