2. Description of Service

WIA Trip is a global travel information and hotel discovery platform available in 264 languages. We provide hotel listings, travel guides, pricing comparisons, and related travel content across 2.4 million+ locations worldwide.

We are an affiliate-based platform. We do not directly sell hotel rooms, process reservations, or handle payments. When you click a booking link, you are redirected to a third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, or GetYourGuide, where the actual transaction takes place.

3. Booking & Transactions

All hotel bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed exclusively by our third-party OTA partners. WIA Trip is not a party to any transaction between you and these partners.

You acknowledge that:

• Pricing displayed on WIA Trip is for reference only and may differ from the final price on the OTA partner's website
• Hotel availability is subject to real-time changes and cannot be guaranteed by WIA Trip
• Booking terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are governed by the respective OTA partner
• Any disputes regarding bookings must be resolved directly with the OTA partner

4. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date hotel information, including descriptions, photos, ratings, and pricing. However, content may be sourced from third-party databases and OTA partners, and we cannot guarantee its complete accuracy.

Hotel photos, star ratings, amenity descriptions, and review scores are provided for informational purposes. Actual conditions may vary. Always verify details directly with the hotel or OTA before booking.

5. Multi-Language Content

WIA Trip provides content in 264 languages to serve a global audience. Translations are generated using a combination of professional translation and AI-assisted tools. While we strive for accuracy, translated content may contain errors. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without written permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website

7. Intellectual Property

WIA Trip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmileStory Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.

SmileStory Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from hotel bookings made through third-party OTA partners
• Inaccurate pricing, availability, or hotel information displayed on our platform
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss
• Actions or policies of third-party OTA partners

Our website contains links to third-party websites, including OTA partners and travel resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Medical Tourism Services

WIA Trip offers medical tourism information through its Medical Trip section. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We are a registered medical tourism facilitator (License: A-2025-01-01-06363) but medical decisions and treatments are solely between you and your chosen medical provider.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

12. Modifications

SmileStory Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of WIA Trip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
