One night in Tonga
Highly recommended. Awesome beach front view. Sooo clean and great modern artwork. We had a Superior King room ocean view. We got the corner room which opened up to shared big balcony but basically had it to ourselves. Room was clean with modern decor and had a great ironing board and a sunbeam iron! Had dinner for two - Crisp chicken wings were delicious and good portion. My husband had the medium rare steak with yummy chips and side salad. Beer and a mint mojito with dinner for just under $100 NZD decent for the quality. Complimentary breakfast with the room soo worth it. Hearty buffet of usual breakfast offering of cereal , range of breads including French banana toast (so scrumptious), also stir fry chicken (greeny leaf liusipi soo delicious ) and fried rice on offer. Egg omelette and bacon on order was also divine. Coffee served and juice available. Super friendly and super welcoming staff with big smiles and joy.

I paid for superior room but I asked to have a room around the elevator so I don't have to walk far. The room was good but the bathroom it was an open shower I think for disability room which is not much space as when you shower the toilet and everywhere wets. I was asking if it's the same room she Said yes. But it was not and apart from it. I love everything about Tanoa. My suggestion if you can put the curtain to divide from toilet and avoid the whole room from being wets as when I need to use the toilet the floor still wet and it's not safe and the floor dirt etc. But love the staff she's cool and everyone else. Love the food and finally I feel like I am in a hotel as I've been to few in tonga not the same as Tanoa. Tanoa is the best above thn the others.

Even with the minor inconveniences, overall we had an excellent stay thanks to your amazing staff!
Breakfast was outstanding, staff was very friendly and helpful, on-site concerts and crafts were amazing, parking was great. We ordered a King room but instead got a bed made of 2 single beds pushed together. Washing machines were broken, very costly and no laundry detergent available.
Everything else was absolutely wonderful.
