Great property to set standard of new hotels on strip
Beautiful and spacious. Elegant and open style N/A
My new favorite Las Vegas hotel!
We liked everything! Room was a good size, bathroom was large, everything was very clean, great food and variety of bars and lounges and staff was friendly. It’s a little further up the strip than I thought if you want to be in the heart of things - but we enjoyed the hotel so much it did not matter.
Would recommend the hotel
We arrived late at night after a long, delayed flight and were completely exhausted. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. There was a long line at reception, and the lady at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. She assigned us a room on the lowest floor — the same level as the LIV nightclub and amenities. When I politely asked if a higher floor was available, she said the hotel was fully booked, even though a long line of guests was still waiting to check in. She then offered us a room designed for guests with disabilities, which felt inappropriate.
She called another woman to assist, but that person didn’t even seem to know how many floors the hotel had and wasn’t friendly either. Since it was late and we were so tired, we accepted the lower floor room.
We also noticed that every guest was receiving several complimentary bottles of water, but she didn’t offer us any. When I asked, she said we could purchase water in the room. Only after I mentioned that everyone else had received it did she reluctantly give us one bottle each. She also didn’t explain anything about the hotel — for example, we later learned that the swimming pool was supposed to close for the winter just two days after our arrival, but she never mentioned it.
Thankfully, the rest of the staff we met were kind, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We travel often and stay in many 5-star hotels around the world, and this one truly stands out. It has elegant design, high-quality restaurants, a beautiful shopping area, and — best of all — a calm atmosphere without crowds of tourists.
The location is perfect too: just a short drive to the Sphere and other attractions, and walkable if needed.
In the end, the low floor didn’t affect our experience at all, but the hotel should definitely work on training their front desk staff to be more welcoming and respectful toward guests. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this gorgeous hotel for its beauty, amenities, and overall quality.
