Ette Hotel was everything we could’ve hoped for and more during our recent girls’ trip! The moment we walked in, we felt a sense of ease and relaxation. The atmosphere is effortlessly shabby-chic, with a modern yet soft aesthetic that creates such a calming vibe. The amenities were stunning—everything was thoughtfully designed with both beauty and comfort in mind. From the elegant details to the cozy accommodations, the hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. It’s clear that so much care went into making this a luxurious yet inviting space. Ette is ideal for anyone seeking a tranquil, adults-only retreat. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a special get-together with friends, this hotel is the perfect setting. I absolutely loved my experience here and can’t wait to return!

Where do I start, warning this will be a long review so buckle up. There are just so many great things to mention about this hidden gem. 1.⁠ ⁠The vacation started before we even left our country. We emailed to enquire about any airline staff discount and the level of customer service in the email correspondence got us even more hyped for our week long vacation. 2.⁠ ⁠Arrival and greetings was unlike any other hotel reception. Maya, you are a gem. I honestly do not think these people know how to say "no", if there's a will there's a way and these folks got a lot of will to make your stay magical. 3.⁠ ⁠The property is kept immaculate, the entire hotel is spotless and smells super clean. Upon arrival there was literally a lady shining the floors. Makes you feel like royalty. And there was even someone to take the bags up to your room, yes please. 3.⁠ ⁠The room has a clean, modern, yet homey feel as you enter. The beds are super comfy, and the chairs in the room are as comfortable as they are aesthetic. The toiletry box is presented like a gift and the products are super high quality, had you smelling better than the Macy's perfume section. Thank me later, people will be complementing how nice you smell while you're out and about. Now for all the coffee lovers, there's a Nespresso machine in the room, with complimentary restocking of the pods during your stay, they even have decaffeinated coffee pods! Even the rain shower had us so relaxed we had to remind each other to exit. The smart tv is a really nice touch as well to have access to your own YouTube and Netflix accounts. We utilized this once we were in the room to listen to music and watch movies. 4.⁠ ⁠Housekeeping was super friendly and felt comfortable to have them enter the room to tidy up and replenish the essentials. Shout out to Shab, Luciano, Marcus, Emilio and Danay. You all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Needed more time there to explore the heated salt water pool! One thing to note, this is a luxury hotel with top of the line amenities so as long as you are staying more than 3 nights be prepared to have a higher than usual incidental hold on your card. They do release upon check out and within one week it was released by the bank, no issues there. We stayed for 7 nights and the hold was US$700 which is way more than we are used to at regular hotels. Just something to be aware of and prepared for.

Mt experience with the staff at Ette changed my tired mind about the service/ hospitality industry. I travel every month for work and it can be exhausting, frustrating and disappointing. My rental car would not start the first morning after arrival,. Luciano, went into immediate action, finding cables, grabbed a colleague and went to work in the car. He was reassuring and kind, his actions made my week so much better. Emilio, front desk checked in with me the next morning, beautiful customer service culture. The hotel is beautiful, rooms sparkling clean and thoughtfully appointed. I will stay here every time i work in the area.
