I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed — with all the amenities I could need. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful sleep every night. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and eager to help. Whether it was room service, concierge, or housekeeping, they all went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is also ideal — close to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with fresh options to suit all tastes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Excellent location and facilities

The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the underground train station. Next to the hotel is also the famous Gendarmenmarkt Building, so night time just a few minutes walk to capture the night view. It’s a 5 star hotel, but it doesn’t have swimming pool which I’ve known before booking. Room size is spacious , and clean. Bathroom comes with bathtub. Breakfast is good with standard western breakfast. No Asian food as expected. Lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel as is near the main tourist attraction. Public transportation easily assessable. Overall, is great stay.
