The Plaza Hotel

Incredible… Wah can mi say? Everything flawless. Wonderful, attentive staff. Waheed was amazing to we an we cyah praise him high enough. Our room was stunning, dere is so much attention to detail. Food was decadent an cater for all dietary requirements. We was made to feel so special which made di trip for mi daughter an I. Would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of di team!

Di amount mi paid did not feel expensive at all. It was perfect service an a perfect stay. When mi come to New York next time, mi will definitely stay here again. Be sure to use di cafe inside di hotel.

It is said dat dem recently complete renovations. It expensive, but it would be good to visit at least once. Location: It somewhat far from Times Square, but mi don't tink it a bad ting. Room: Di ceiling really high, an it feel like a hotel from a fairy tale. Mi just! Absolutely! Loved it. Staff/Service: Dere seem to be a bit of an annoying pride in being a luxury hotel, but dem very friendly. Dere is an additional fee of $60 per day called di urban experience fee, but you can use it for drinks or breakfast in di lounge, which was nice. Oda hotels take dis fee without providing anything, an while di amount an name might differ, dere is still an additional charge. In any case, highly recommended even if it expensive!
