Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say I’ll continue returning. I must highlight the remarkable service provided by Amindra Mahakumara, the operations manager, and Philippe from reception, both of whom consistently go above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience. The bellhops, Aamir, Daniel, and Tiago— demonstrate incredible warmth and helpfulness throughout every interaction. Highly recommend for families
We had a wonderful stay at FIVE Zurich. The hotel was clean, stylish, and the views were beautiful and the best part, they even had a water bidet in the bathroom 😅 (a rare find in Europe!). But what truly made our experience special was Maria at the reception. She went above and beyond; printing guides for us, writing down train routes by hand, and explaining everything with so much patience and detail. She was warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay easier as tourists. Thank you, Maria, we’ll always appreciate your kindness! A bit further from main city
