From the moment we arrived at Steigenberger, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel exudes a blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, and every part of our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms are absolutely among the best we’ve ever stayed in. Ours was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with plenty of natural light. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was ample space for luggage, lounging, and working, and the bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat. The location is another major plus. Nestled in a central area, the hotel is within walking distance to key landmarks, restaurants, museums, and shopping streets. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a returning traveler, this location makes sightseeing easy and enjoyable. Everything we wanted to see was just a short stroll away. The staff were outstanding. Warm, professional, and genuinely accommodating. From check-in to check-out, we were treated with care and attention. We had a special request before our arrival, and it was not only acknowledged but given priority, which truly made us feel valued. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the concierge team offered great recommendations and helped with bookings. Steigenberger delivers everything you'd expect from a high-end hotel and more. It's the kind of place where attention to detail, comfort, and guest satisfaction clearly matter. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to return. 5/5 stars!

This location of the hotel is just perfect, all major attraction sites, famous shopping street and good restaurants in the inner city are within 20 minutes walk, and a subway station is just next to the hotel. The room itself is clean&comfy and didn't feel old even if it's in a historical building. They have menu for pillows too. And the hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially a young lady at reception, the cafe and restaurant she recommended were the best we had eaten in Vienna.

For me it was an ultimate hotel the only exception is No pathtub other wise strongly recommended
