I room, facilities, mo service ephenomenal. I room eclean mo we were able to rest well because of the very comfortable bed. I whole family e enjoyed it, especially i son who had a wonderful time swimming. I amenities for kids mo i scavenger hunt also made i son’s day! We stayed at i club floor mo we had i best time! Ms. Jan Michelle made our stay even more special. She made sure we had i best view during dinner service mo made sure that we were all attended to. She even recommended drinks to us that were really good. Food was great as well! We will definitely be back!

I best 5 star hotel in NZ. This hotel definitely knows how to treat it's guests with i 5 star experience. I moment you enter i hotel, you immediately feel i richness in i decor, service from i valet to i front desk mo i cleaning staff. Being i school holidays mo Easter weekend, i hotel had many activities mo fun treats for i kids, including a cookie decorating class. I rooms were well thought off in respect of complimentary bath items, robes, slippers etc. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette mo even i kitchen items were so well thought off. We had i opportunity to swim in i heated outdoor pool mo soak in i hot tub. Despite i rain i kids enjoyed swimming in i pool mo i hot tub was my favorite. All in all a fantastic stay mo great personal touches. Kapai to all i staff. We really appreciated your hard work to make us guests happy.
