Overall enjoy stay - amenities complete, clean, lokasyon maay. One small thing improve - perhaps revisit standard for express service mo full service cleaning? Told after 7 nights full service cleaning (bathroom, change bed linens, etc) done. Express service no do anything bathroom, critical for me. Business travellers, no time clean.

Room top floor 74-story tower. Floor, one other room same size mo two larger three-bedroom rooms, total four rooms. Room face Roma Street Station mo Brisbane River. Room next better view face directly curves river. Agoda buy rooms, if book through Agoda, probably get room stay, bit disappointing. 74th floor above clouds, morning view from window spectacular! Sea clouds spread beneath. Night view impressive. Choose two-bedroom room, two us want room with bathtub for long trip, comfortable sleep large bed each. Stay Meriton, recommend room. Concerned full kitchen, maintenance no proper done. Before, stay two nights one-bedroom type lower floor, kitchen new fully functioning dishwasher. Dishwasher room old, control panel lights no work, switch crushed unresponsive, unusable. Knives not sharpened, completely useless. Guests room all rich people no cook? Why no complain facilities don't match expensive room? Seems negligent complacent no check facilities. Faucet bathtub most looking forward deformed no fit hole, causing water leak! Unacceptable water not fill up!! Next morning call reception report issues, reply quickly replace knives send maintenance dishwasher issue, housekeeping address bathtub faucet. After while, maintenance come repair dishwasher, all completed morning. When maintenance staff leave, wonder who handle remaining complaints, leave confidently. Later evening return room, knives bathtub cap same, no sign anyone come. Call reception again check frustration, reply, "Maintenance busy today, room not attended yet." After 30 minutes waiting, young male staff member come apologetically, complaints not communicated, need full explanation start. Take three knives need replace, kitchen scissors, deformed bathtub cap leave room, return within 30 minutes all replacements. Repeatedly apologize "I’m sorry," calm down saying, "Not your fault. Hotel matter." Want express hotel not neglect maintenance advertising facilities part room, hope Agoda raise awareness issue.
