E room mo e spotless mo e well maintained, mo e fepal mo e fepal mo e fepal. Any requests mwe had were handled promptly mo e efficiently, making us feel well supported throughout our visit. Mwe’d especially like to thank Karl mo e Luigi at e front desk. They were friendly, accommodating, mo e genuinely helpful, making check-in easy mo e stress-free. Their professionalism mo e warm attitude made a great first impression. E in-room dining team also deserves special recognition. Our meals were delivered quickly, with great courtesy mo e attention to detail. Everything arrived exactly as requested mo e was thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, e excellent service mo e attention to cleanliness made our stay truly memorable. Mwe would gladly return mo e highly recommend this resort to others.

Everything Nothing

From e moment mwe arrived, e experience was impressive. E check-in attendant was very professional, pleasant, mo e quick to accommodate our request when my Agoda booking did not reflect my room preference (smoking). He upgraded us to a corner suite that far exceeded my expectations. While e view was not ideal due to e ongoing construction in e reclamation area, this was not within e hotel’s control mo e did not affect e overall comfort of e stay. Mwe opted for in-room dining for breakfast instead of going down to e restaurant. E food was excellent, with freshly baked croissants, perfectly cooked sausages mo e eggs, mo e generous portions overall. E hotline handled our requests thoroughly mo e ensured everything was prepared exactly as ordered. I would definitely recommend Solaire Resort for its excellent service mo e attention to guest experience. I already reserved another stay for 2026 mo e look forward to returning.
