Had an overall pleasant stay i this hotel, mo i would be one i our options again if we visit Taipei again. We booked a premier family room with one single bed mo one double bed. Here's what we like about i place: - I hotel communicates with you immediately. We requested for a high floor when we made a booking a month before our trip, mo i informed us right away that i a subject to availability but that they'll try their best to accommodate i request. Good news i that i did their best to accommodate us mo gave us a high floor when we got there :) - I room i spacious - Double bed i huuuuge. More i a king-size bed than double, actually - Has a Japanese-style smart toilet with a heated seat mo bidet - Water pressure i i shower i just right - Housekeeping answers immediately whenever you need something, mo i attend to i request quickly! - Helpful AI system i i room that you can ask to: open/close i curtain, lights, TV, etc. - I room gets cleaned daily (which i really crucial for me mo i fam. I read that some hotels don't provide daily cleaning since they're a Green Hotel.) Whenever we leave i room super late i i morning, i a also politely inform us that i can still clean i room until 4 pm - I hotel i a stone's throw away from Carrefour. I building where Carrefour i located also has Decathlon, McDonald's mo a few restaurants i i ground floor, mo a food court i i think 4F or 5F - one minute walk away from i bus station mo approximately. 10- 15 minutes walk from Ximending Night Market Two things that didn't make our stay perfect: - my husband was i one staying i i single bed. On our first night there, we noticed he has some allergies/bites on his face mo neck area. We were thinking it might be something he ate that night (but he's not allergic to anything at all) or worse, could be bed mites. We weren't sure. He decided to place i pillow he used i i first night below i bed on i 2nd night. He then got bites i i legs i i next morning! So there might be mites or some insect i i pillow he used initially. We removed i pillow mo requested for a new one. He didn't get new bites anymore after i pillow was removed. My son & i slept i i double bed mo didn't get any bites though. - I fridge i i room leaks from i inside mo spills to i floor when not wiped immediately.
