Satisfactory stay
It was conveniently located right next to the downtown area and the Toronto train station. The overall space of the hotel was spacious, providing a comfortable and pleasant feeling. The event hall was also nearby, making it convenient for special events. Breakfast was served buffet style; although the selection was not vast, everything was delicious. The restaurant staff was really friendly, especially the Asian staff. There were multiple elevators, so there was no difficulty in using them. The lobby on the lower floor leads to the vehicle drop-off area, which is separated from the lobby, making it less crowded. Overall, the rooms had a CN Tower view, which was great. I stayed for two nights, and the room maintenance was well done. However, unlike other hotels, they charged separately for amenities, which seemed unnecessary. The bathroom water was supplied cleanly. I used a shower filter, and during my two-night stay, it hardly changed color. Overall, the staff was friendly.
Perfect location
We wanted a place to stay that was easily walkable. It was our first time visiting the city and didn’t want to have to drive or ride share everywhere. Right in downtown and close to so many places. CN Tower is right next door. The rooms were clean, the shower was great! Beds were super comfy. The actual hotel was beautiful inside and out. Common areas were well kept. The only downside was paying for parking. 37 Canadian dollars a day was a bit steep.
