Di otel pretty, in a real good plas wid transport link nearby. Dem offer free luggage storage, we use dat pon di last day. When we check in, dem gi my daughter wan rubber duck, she love it. At brekfast, dem gi her wan activity pack too. Di brekfast have plenty vegan an gluten free options. Di rum big, clean clean an comfortable. Di bed an pillows real comfy. Di table, sofa an chairs useful, same wid di fridge, wine glasses an desk. Di tv big an so di bathtub. Dem have wan lovely shower an di toiletries nice. We also get bathrobes an slippers included, dat was a nice touch. Dem even provide wan free toothbrush fi my daughter since we forget fi pack hers. Di swimming pool an jacuzzi was great too. Di pool only 1.2m deep, so it easier fi my daughter, who nah too confident inna di water, but no lifeguard deh, so keep dat in mind. Di pool smallah than it look inna di pictures too.

We neva find out till day 2 say dere was anodda lift we could use cause 2 odda lifts nah work, makin wait time too long fi go to an from di rum. Checkin in was slow an uncomfortable, few check in staff an each check in tek too long, makin wan long queue. Bar staff nah really engaging an slow, 15 minute wait fi wan bowl a nuts! Check out staff rude, snatch my room key from me an send we on we way widout no courteous “goodbye”, “thanks”, nothin at all, dat was rude. Howeva, di staff at brekfast was extremely helpful as well as di concierge staff. Overall, dis otel have plenty potential but need fi do better!
