C CENTRAL RESORT THE PALM

This property offers excellent value for money with its prime location and immaculate cleanliness. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the stay. Facilities are top-notch, especially the inviting pool and well-maintained gardens, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Convenient parking and easy airport access further enhance the overall experience, making it a highly recommended choice for any traveler.

1. The Hotel was cooperative in providing check-in earlier by 2 hours without any fee. 2. Location: is adjacent to the top hotels of Dubai Palm. 3. Our stay was without breakfast, so can't comment on food. (We saw very less options for vegan people in their menu) 4. Staff was quick, polite, friendly and professional. 5. The construction earlier going on in neighbourhood has finished, but another has started, which is not causing any disturbance so far. 6. The swimming pool is quite happening during mornings and the beach access excited us. 7. Negative: The balcony door handle was not properly fixed and a temporary latch was placed to stop the door. 8. The round table placed in the balcony was not cleaned by them for long. (I didn't report both the shortcomings to the hotel as was not a big problem for my 2 nights stay) 9. Tea-Coffee maker, Iron with stand, Towels (very well cleaned), Hair Dryer, disposable slippers, Shampoo, body lotion, dental kit, shaving kit, bath gowns, small refrigerator, smart TV were among the amenities provided inside the rooms. Also a respectfully and nicely placed translation of the Quran. 10. Nice and cleaned bathrooms. 11. They sent me a cake as a gesture for my special occasion as they got to know about it. I am thankful for the same.
