The entire experience staying there. Diana, from the top floor SPA center, consistently appeared disengaged and unwilling to communicate with clients. This resulted in several unpleasant interactions for us. Please address this matter, as it negatively impacts the overall customer experience.

From the moment I walked in, the level of care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the staff made me feel completely at home. Every single team member was friendly, welcoming, and professional — but special thanks to Alexandra, Nastasia, Daria, and the incredible management team for going above and beyond. You can tell there’s a strong culture of pride and hospitality here, and it shows in everything they do. The cleanliness of the hotel is unmatched — seriously, it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve seen. The team clearly takes a huge amount of pride in keeping every corner spotless and looking fantastic. And the breakfast? Absolutely brilliant — fresh, delicious, and with a great selection to suit every taste. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — you’re just 15 minutes from everywhere that matters in Dubai, whether it’s the beach, downtown, or the malls. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai now. The Grand Cosmopolitan has set the bar sky-high — if you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll be genuinely looked after, this is the one.
