My recent stay at Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul Hotel was an experience to remember. Situated in the heart of Istanbul, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable, offering stunning views of the Bosphorus and convenient access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who were eager to ensure that my stay would be comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality truly set the tone for my entire visit. While my initial room was a bit smaller than expected, I was pleasantly surprised by the swift resolution provided by the reception team. Upon expressing my concerns, they promptly offered to upgrade my room for the following day, allowing me to enjoy a more spacious and luxurious accommodation. Though I had to pay the difference, the upgrade was well worth it. The following days of my stay were nothing short of exceptional. The upgraded room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was truly commendable. Throughout my stay, I found myself impressed by the hotel's facilities and services. From the well-equipped fitness center to the indulgent spa treatments, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and relax. Overall, Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul Hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Despite the initial hiccup with the room size, the swift resolution and impeccable service left a lasting impression. I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay at this remarkable hotel in the future. The staff often times prevented the others from using the hamam because the were giving a lady a scrub as a private spa procedure. However, it was in the common space area. It even escalated in my presence to a fight because one of the guests was annoyed that a few days in a row she was not allowed in to the hamam and she wouldn’t accept it. That escalated quickly. I think it is not okay to shout. But also not okay to lure into hotel by stating you have a hama and then preventing the guests from the use (the staff should have a separate hamam for the extra treatments)
