Situated right in the centre of the city, showcasing all its charm. Welcoming staff and a delightful breakfast. Plenty of sights and eateries nearby.

We travel often, and being in the city near most government offices, clubs, lounges, and casinos is a major advantage. However, we encountered several problems with the lighting and air conditioning in the rooms, along with outdated shower amenities that weren't terrible, but it was frustrating to have to repeatedly inform staff, only to find that not all issues were resolved by the end of our four-day visit.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the team were exceptionally friendly. Particularly the woman at the pool (sadly we didn’t catch her name, but she had braces) — it was pouring, and she kindly showed us the way to Torarica for our wellness appointment. The atmosphere was lovely. The bed was cosy, and the air conditioning functioned flawlessly. When we tried to use the lift, there was a cleaner inside. We mentioned we needed to go down, and while we didn't mind waiting, her attitude was concerning — simply stating "I’m going up" without any politeness. As guests, we would have preferred a more amiable response.
