Tucan Resort & Spa

- The room was cosy, bedding was lovely, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Really enjoyed the kitchenette. - The staff were delightful, and the manager was exceptionally kind and accommodating when we faced issues with our room (they moved us to a similar room). - Breakfast was delicious, although it took a bit of time to be served; the waiter was very friendly. - The bathroom was also quite nice, equipped with bathrobes and plenty of towels. It might feel a tad small for some, but it was just right for our group. - It was very tranquil and serene, ideal if you're looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. - The stairs next to our room were quite noisy, which could interrupt your sleep. - It wasn't as clean as we anticipated for the price, although the second room we received was tidy. - The location requires a car; otherwise, you'll fork out a fair bit for a taxi. (On the plus side, reception can call a taxi for you anytime.) Also, be cautious during the rainy season; locals mentioned the area can flood quickly. - The pool was closed for our entire three-day stay due to renovations, and the hotel didn't offer us any discount or compensation, so we didn't get to enjoy much of the hotel apart from our room.

The location is lovely with quaint gardens scattered around. The rooms are comfy, and the staff are welcoming. Breakfast kicks off at 8:30, and depending on your order, it might take up to an hour for your meal to arrive.

The bed was incredibly comfortable.
