Our recent stay at LUMA’s serviced apartment setup @ Deface Platinum 2 in Kuala Lumpur was both comfortable and memorable... especially coz the team went above and beyond when we ran into a tech hiccup during a workday. From the moment we stepped in, the well-appointed rooms stood out. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, the layout gave us room to relax and work comfortably.. The living area and bedroom setup felt like a home away from home, with all the essential amenities you’d expect for a longer stay, including reliable air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a soft, inviting bed.. top notch white goods.. The property also delivers great communal perks. The outdoor pool and lounging area are perfect for unwinding after a long day in the city.. a refreshing way to relax with skyline views of KL + its location in the Golden Triangle meant we were just minutes away from transport links, eateries, and iconic spots like KLCC and Suria Shopping Centre. What truly made our stay stand out, though, was the LUMA crew. On one of our key working days, the Wi-Fi went down right when I had back-to-back meetings. Rather than leaving us stranded, the team proactively gave us access to another room for a few hours so we could continue our work without missing a beat. Their willingness to help efficiently, courteously, and with genuine care turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into nothing more than a small hiccup. That kind of service deserves special recognition. All in all, if you’re looking for a serviced apartment in KL that balances space, location, and service with a personal touch, this is worth considering. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities hit the mark, and the staff really show what hospitality should feel like.

We had a very pleasant stay at Deface Platinum 2 Kuala Lumpur, and it was an excellent choice for our family trip. With growing kids, the apartment-style room was perfect—especially having enough space for our teenager to enjoy her own privacy. The large living room was ideal for relaxing together after a long day out, making the stay feel more like home than a hotel. We booked a High Floor Premium 2-Bedroom Apartment, and the size was truly impressive. The apartment was spacious, modern, and brand new, equipped with everything we needed: a washing machine, large refrigerator, dining table, comfortable sofa, and two big TVs. The well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, allowing us to prepare meals and snacks easily, which was very convenient since we chose to arrange our own breakfast in the room. The staff service deserves special mention. The front desk staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated one staff member who went the extra mile to assist me with an Agoda booking issue due to a change in terms and conditions. He kindly used his own phone and helped me resolve the matter with great patience—unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but his kindness truly stood out.
