Above my expectations
I've high expectations everywhere I go, trying to find at least a flaw in a hotel be it cleanliness, service or comfort.
I'd say this is one of the best staycation for a solo traveler like myself.
1. Check in was easy and fast. They got my room ready when I checked in around 2.20pm.
2. Room's phone not working but maintenance guys arrived and got it replaced in less than 5 minutes. Superp!
3. Room service was fabulous. Quick to take order and food served in 25 mins. Delivered hot and fresh.
4. Room is spotlessly clean. Spacious. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Love the super powerful, cool air-conditioning. Love the bathtub.
Premium floors are quiet.
5. Breakfast RM40/pax at level 23. Nice curry rendang. 15% off for Maybank cardholders.
6. Check out was fast and easy too.
Just one thing .. perhaps they should provide more body wash for bubble bath?

The Best Hotel I’ve ever Stay
Beautiful and clean room. Book for premier king but got suite instead because have some problem but overall I satisfied with the service and staff also friendly. Room is big and tidy, all amenities provided and love the ambience. Great for honeymoon and vacation. Recommended to stay

This hotel is just nice, if you need to find an affordable & comfortable place to stay. Comfort bed and pillow, room same as photo shown. Since everyone knows this hotel operates quite long, and yes as per others review, the stain on the carpets but its just a little stains tho. Basically all functions well, aircond is good, so cold. I love the bathtub. For me overall its beautiful with affordable price for a hotel in a city. Walking distance to the town. For the pool, its no longer beautiful as shown and the lounge near the pool is closed. Not sure are they still under renovationsor upgrading for the pool & the lounge, but the pool is still open. The front desk all is so helpful and polite both man & woman. I have a great stay. For me, I will definitely repeat to stay here because im so in love with the bed, tub and the walking distance to the city. As a local, all i can say..this is a good place to stay
