Very clean, friendly staff
We were very impressed with the hotel and the connected casino and restaurants. The building was not new, but would swear it looked new by how polished and clean it was. The two employees we interacted with in the restaurants were wonderful, warm and thoughtful.

Ameristar saved our night
After a terrible experience trying to stay at Argosy, Ameristar came through and showed us how we should expect to be treated when a guest at this establishment.
The room was clean and so nice. We had so much fun at the casino and ate a delicious breakfast that we were able to take to our room. They were great about extending our check out too. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend

Not the best
Ice machine broke on my floor. It took multiple try’s to reach the front desk, due to under staffing.(30 minutes) their free tv stations did not work for over 20 hours due to breakdowns. Noisy drunken people could be clearly heard in the wee hours of the morning. They also tried unlocking my door in their drunken stupor. Front desk did not answer the phone. Not a very restful stay. Refrigerator in the room did not cool food to safe level.
